Your cheeseboard should be refrigerated until about 20-30 minutes before consuming it. It is best enjoyed around room temperature. We include crackers separate to avoid them getting soggy if you place your platter in the fridge.

Our products are based on appetizer portions if you'd like something a little more filling, we recommend you size up

We do our best to accommodate same day orders all menu items are made to order. We require at least a 48 hour notice for pick up or delivery orders.

Ideally, a cheese board should be consumed as soon as it is delivered but boards may be stored in the fridge and saved for future consumption if desired, no longer than 48 hours. Freshness of produce may be compromised the longer the board stays in the fridge.

Yes! We are always willing to accommodate your requests

If you are placing an order for delivery, please ensure there will be someone to receive the order at the time of delivery. Keep in mind items are perishable. The only option is to leave the order outside if no one is present. Cheeseboards321 nor our 3rd party curriers are responsible for what happens to the order if left outside once it is delivered. If the order is for an office or a place of business, keep their working/business hours in mind. If you are sending a gift make sure someone will be home to receive it.

Yes, Before placing the order, coordinate a date and time the recipient will be present to receive the order. It's very common where at the time of delivery recipient is not present and order has to be left at the door (not ideal).

We can customize boxes to most dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, pork-free, nut free and more. If you have a specific dietary restriction(s), please let us know and we can discuss alterations to your order
